Boston & District Angling Association

The Association was formed in the late nineteenth century andits heyday was perhaps in the 1960s and 70s when anglers from the Midlands and South Yorkshire visited the Sibsey Trader Drain in large numbers. Most available pegs were fully booked over any given weekend. Sadly with the onset of commercial fisheries those days no longer exist. Because of the hard work of theCommittee the association is still able to support angling in the Boston area. The Association actively encourages young anglers and provides facilities for disabled anglers.
