It has become one of, if not the very best big fish day ticket waters in the country. With Carp up to 50lb and a massive number or Carp for 20lb to 30lb. Big carp is what Bluebell Lakes is famous for, but that’s not to say that there aren’t other species worth fishing with huge pike recorded at 41lb, beautiful bream, tench, chub, perch and roach. There are five lakes to choose from, two big fish waters ‘Kingfisher and ‘Swan’, two mixed fish water ‘Bluebell’ and ‘Sandmartin’, one dedicated heavily stocked carp water ‘Mallard’. We also have a magnificent 2 mile stretch of the ‘River Nene’. All in all its top quality so come and visit us. Located in beautiful, natural Scottish surroundings, Burnhouse Lochan Fishery is one of Scotland’s finest local fisheries. Burnhouse is well sign posted off the B816 and has a well maintained private entrance and car park close to the Bothy. Special parking is available for the disabled and OAP’s immediately in front of the main jetty allowing safe access whatever the weather. A purpose built Scandinavian Bothy with a clean toilet, hot running water and a fully equipped kitchen offers fishermen the opportunity to enjoy their day without being ripped off! Light refreshments are for sale, with tea and coffee available to our regular clientele free of charge. Barbequing of supplied food is catered for on request. Good paths around the whole loch allow fishermen access to the “hot spots” through out the season. 8 purpose built jetties with non slip walkways give the opportunity to cast into deeper water and land bigger fish without struggling at the bank. A boat is available on request; however bank fishing is more suitable. A professional holding tank was installed 5 years ago to ensure correct stocking practices were adhered to. Cobbleacre Park is a scenic fishing site settled in the heart of Norfolk. Founded by our owner Trevor Seales, Cobbleacre was a chance result when he embarked on draining a waterlogged meadow for his cattle. As a happy accident, this action filled the drainage area with water to form the original Cobbleacre lake. Anglers of all ages and levels are welcomed at Cobbleacre Park. We take pride in being able to present you with the opportunity to test and challenge your fishing skills without being tied into a membership. You can opt for either a day or overnight ticket or book a fishing break. We have on site accommodation and camping facilities available, as well as a small shop to buy your bait and tackle when you arrive. 5 fishing lake complex; of which 1 is a specimen lake with large carp and catfish. An online or over the phone booking must be made for all lakes. Tickets will not be issued but you may be asked for your booking reference and name.
