Grantham Angling Association

Grantham Angling Association was started in 1872, and the membership is open to all, no matter what their geographical location. We have waters to suit most people, which include 4 stretches of the upper Witham, about 4 miles of the Grantham canal, a selection of ponds and a reservoir, some of these hold specimen fish.

  • All our waters are members only, with the exception of Grantham canal which is our only day ticket water.

In 1968 a group members started our fly fishing section at Grantham Angling Association, which now controls 17 kilometres of river that has some of the best wild Trout and Grayling fishing in Lincolnshire. GAAFFS membership is limited to 200,
